Christopher Baines 264f7189e8 gnu: services: web: Have fcgiwrap log to a file. 
This makes it easier to access the output.

* gnu/services/web.scm (fcgiwrap-shepherd-service): Pass #:log-file to
make-forkexec-constructor.
